Which document needs Attestion and preparation? Query forwarded by a Pakistani student!

Attestation:

1. S.S.C/O-level Original Degree & Transcript Verified by concerned board / Attested by IBCC & Foreign Office (Pakistan).
2. H.S.S.C/A-level Original Degree & Transcript Verified by concerned board / Attested by IBCC & Foreign Office (Pakistan). (For DAE students all 3 year’s result cards & certificate should be attested as mentioned above)
3. Bachelors or Masters Mark Sheet & Degree Attested by HEC & Foreign Office (Pakistan).
4. Police Clearance Certificate – Attested by Foreign Office (Pakistan) (Mention North Cyprus on it).
5. Nadra (FRC) Family Registration Certificate – Attested by Foreign Office (Pakistan).

Preparation:

1. Polio Vaccination Card. (Issued by Any DHQ Hospital)
2. Sponsor’s Last 90 day's Bank Statement & Account Maintenance letter.
3. Sponsor’s Affidavit of Income & Support. (Printed on Rs 50 Stamp Paper)
4. Sponsor’s Source of Income (Last 3 month’s salary Slip or Business Proof, NTN etc.)
