North Cyprus Student Visa Checklist

Direct answer: Students need to separate travel documents from the student residence permit completed after arrival. Requirements vary, so use this as a preparation guide rather than a final legal checklist.

Before travelling

Check passport validity, university admission documents, fee receipts requested by the university, travel route, accommodation details and any entry or transit requirement.

After arrival

Students in eligible higher-education programmes are generally required to complete the official student residence-permit process. Follow the university and Ministry of Interior instructions.
