What students should confirm

• Whether an appointment is required.
• Which documents apply to your nationality and travel route.
• Whether you need guidance from a Turkish embassy or consulate for transit through Türkiye.
• Whether your university has issued the correct acceptance documents.
• Which fees, if any, must be paid and to which verified account.

Admission and travel are separate processes

A university offer does not guarantee entry permission, a transit visa or a residence permit. Admission is decided by the university. Entry and transit requirements depend on nationality, route and current government rules. Residence procedures normally continue after arrival and university registration.

Before contacting the office

Keep your passport, university offer, academic documents and proposed travel route available. Write down your questions so the office or university can answer the correct case. Do not rely only on screenshots, forwarded messages or old social-media announcements.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Islamabad office an embassy?

The official TRNC source describes it as the Islamabad Representative Office. Use that description when requesting information.

Can the office guarantee my student visa?

No. No adviser, representative or university should promise a guaranteed immigration decision.

Should I book my flight after receiving a conditional offer?

Confirm the university payment conditions, final acceptance documents and applicable transit or entry requirements first.

Need help checking your application documents?
