Announcement: Change in TRNC Visa Application Procedure (Effective March 2026)

The TRNC Representative Office–Islamabad has introduced important changes to the application process for student visa exemption letters and other visa categories.

Affected Visa Categories:

The new procedure applies to:

1. Student Visa Exemption Letters
2. Tourist Visa
3. Family Reunification Visa
4. Employment Visa
5. Medical Visa

From 1 March 2026, applications for the above categories will no longer be processed by the Representative Office. Instead, all applications must be submitted exclusively through Anatolia Travel Services (PVT) Ltd.

Please note that attestation services will continue at the Representative Office.

Key Changes:

1. The online appointment system on the Representative Office portal will be permanently discontinued as of 23 February 2026.
2. Under the new system, No appointment is required.
3. Applicants must submit their applications in person at Anatolia Travel Services centers.
4. Applications may be submitted regardless of previously booked appointment dates through the old portal.
5. Students enrolled for the 2026 Spring Semester must also apply through Anatolia Travel Services from 1 March 2026, irrespective of earlier appointments.
6. Only applicants whose details have been officially transferred via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the TRNC will be processed.
7. Applications with incomplete documents or those not submitted through the Ministry will not be accepted.

Application Centers:

Applications can be submitted only at ANATOLIA Travel Services (Pvt) Ltd. ISE Tower, 2nd Floor, Blue Area Islamabad.

Approved Medical Laboratories:

Medical reports may be obtained from Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre (Islamabad). Reports issued before 1 March 2026 will remain valid.

Applicants are advised to follow the updated procedure carefully to avoid inconvenience or rejection.
